At MinimalBijoux, we want you to be completely enamored with your new jewelry. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package
Place the jewelry in its original branded pouch and box to ensure it remains protected during transit.

Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Receive Your Refund
Once our studio inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
